More than ten years after the release of the second movie, SATC is finally back. Sarah Jessica Parker just announced the new series "And Just Like That..."on Instagram, posting a teaser video of iconic New York locations, with as a caption "I couldn't help but wonder...where are they now? X, SJ".

This revival will be different, as it will follow Carrie, Miranda and Charlotte, as they go through the reality of life and friendship in their 30s to the even more complicated life and friendship in their 50s, according to HBO Max news release. One big difference is the noticeably absence of Kim Catrall who played the iconic Samantha Jones. Indeed, Catrall vowed in July 2019 that she would never appear in another SATC movie or series. The reason why is mostly because of tensions between her and her co-star SJP. Catrall now wants "to work with good people, and shuts down any hopes of a possible come back for Samantha.

However, fans will be able to soothe their pain, as Cynthia Nixon, 54, also posting the NYC teaser clip on Twitter, writing "Anything is possible. This is New York", confirming her presence. Kristin Davis adds her thoughts on Twitter and reposted the video, saying "Anything is possible, the story continues".

This reboot, a 10-episode series, is scheduled to begin production in New York in late spring, according to the release. However, fans will have to wait fore more information, as no date was given for streaming. In the meantime, why not re-watching the series and the two movies?

As a loyal ant true SATC fan, I personally can't wait for this reboot !
